When considering your website design there are many things to take into account. If you have a company logo or company colors, you will want your website design to compliment those. Additionally your storefront and business card fonts, overall style and theme needs to blend seamlessly into your website design. A retro style design is not going to fit well on a modern style website. Allowing the style your business has already established to be seen on your website will boost customer confidence.

The website goal will also set the tone for your website design. Sites that are online stores will have different design needs than a website designed for personal use. It is important to have a clear idea of what information you will want on each of your main pages before you lock down a website design.
